Some of you may not have realized it, but I’m a perfect example of fitness and healthy eating.
But, all jokes aside, I have lost about 60 pounds in the last year, simply from following a Keto/Low Carb way of eating (you can read more about keto here). So, I thought I would share with you my weekly meal planning template that keeps me on track. You can use this template digitally or print it off every week. You can even print off one copy, laminate it, or put it in a sheet protector to reuse every week!
Here’s a sample of next week’s meal plan for the Wilkerson household (side note: there may be a few things on our menu that is not very low carb- like sweet potatoes- so be aware! I make some things like this for the kids, or eat a small portion myself):
You can also follow my Pinterest board, My Keto Life Recipes, to find my favorite Keto recipes, and also, my Weekly Keto Menu board to see what I have planned for this week. I also have a Keto group on Facebook (The Keto Life)!
Do you follow Keto? How are your results so far? Share your tips for newbies!
